Elevation Property Management
Stuart A. Heaton is the President of Elevation Property Management and a key executive officer of its affiliated companies. He has served for more than two decades as a senior executive directing and managing a broad spectrum of operational, legal, and capital-related activities for micro-to-large cap publicly traded companies. Mr. Heaton brings a deep and diverse background and extensive skill sets to the Elevation companies. In addition, he is a licensed attorney who has practiced law in both the private sector and in-house for 30 years.
Mr. Heaton received an undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Jennifer Morrill is Vice President of Elevation Property Management and its affiliated companies. She is responsible for the management and operations of Elevation owned and managed senior properties throughout Florida. Mrs. Morrill joined Elevation Financial Group in 2009 and is extremely well-versed in many facets of the business. In her previous role with Elevation, she was Vice President of Accounting and Controller where she was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting, performance analysis and cash management for all Elevation companies.
Mrs. Morrill holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Dominique Rodriguez is Human Resources Manager for Elevation Property Management and its affiliated companies. She brings over 13 years of Human Resources experience with a background in HR strategic planning, talent acquisition and organizational and employee development. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of employee engagement, legal and regulatory HR compliance, employee retention and risk management.
Ms. Rodriguez received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University.
Cecilia Lockett is an Operations Manager and oversees Elevation’s multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. She is a Central Florida native with a passion for making someone smile each day by offering services that exceed their expectations. Ms. Lockett joined Elevation with several years of experience in customer service and sales from Choice Hotels and Marriott and over six years of property management experience with McKinley Inc and Bell Partners.
She received an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Jameela Bethel is an Operations Manager and oversees Elevation’s multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. With over 15 years experience in property management, she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism. Ms. Bethel has worked for both large and small-scale property management companies such as Greystar, Milestone Management and Fieldstone Florida Management where she held roles as a Community Director and Senior Community Director.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Alabama State University and has received the professional designations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Specialist (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
